Keep Frozen
P R E P A R A T I O N I N S T R U C T I O N S
Stovetop:
Place frozen meatless meatballs into lightly simmering sauce. Simmer for 15 mins until hot throughout. Let stand for 2 mins and serve.
Microwave:
In a microwave safe bowl, add your favorite sauce and complete package of meatless meatballs and cover with lid. Microwave on high for 9 to 10 mins until sauce is boiling and meatballs are hot throughout. Let stand for 2 mins and serve. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165°F.
Conventional oven/toaster oven:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake frozen meatless meatballs on a non-stick baking sheet for 15-17 mins until browned and hot throughout. Add to your favorite sauce.
Saute:
In a non stick fry pan over medium heat, add small amount of vegetable oil. Saute frozen meatless meatballs, covered, until browned and hot throughout, approx 13-15 mins. Add to your favorite sauce.
